With the ALSW signature transformational coaching programme, I practice “Integrative Wellbeing Coaching”. My role as your coach is to is to work with you, to increase and strengthen your physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental wellbeing, to maximise your potential for a more harmonious life, to give you a real sense of inner wellbeing, and to guide you in creating the life you deserve.
Coaching sessions can take place face-to-face or via Skype/telephone. Initial sessions are usually face-to-face and are about 90 minutes.
